Details

CA's should be able to click on a button, e.g. "New Case", in the top level Cases tab. It should be a custom button that does the same thing as the one that they can click on in "My CA -> CASES". i.e. it should show the same case type options, and then auto-populate the "CA Owner/Certificate Name" with their CA Owner's name, and only allow for the Subject field to be edited during creation.
