For instance, right now, https://treeherder.mozilla.org/api/project/toolchains/jobs/390689053/bug_suggestions/ returns a 502 error, and that prevents the bottom pane from refreshing at all, while all it should prevent is showing bug suggestions. So, no failure summary, no ability to switch to another tab (e.g. for artifacts), no link to the corresponding task in the left pane, no possibility to retrigger, or open logs, etc.
