Looks like it might be significant to say that I used the sea installer.

Confirming the comment from mozillazine. This problem exists in the sea.exe
but not in the .zip

At least bayesflt.dll seems to be missing from the installer.

This is indeed a packaging issues; sspitzer checked in a fix mid-day friday.
Friday's builds were re-spun to pick up this fix.

This is working fine in the latest 2002-11-19-08 nightlies.
I receive no JS error/warnings when I mark/unmark a message as Junk.
I have Edit | Preferences | Debug | Show JavaScript errors and warnings in
Mozilla in the JS console checked.
Verified FIXED (windows 2000).
