Is this bug still valid ?
For example if I create a text annotation, then copy it (ctrl+c) and if I click somewhere a new text editor is added. Do you mean pasting the editor where the last click happened ?

Yes, the bug is still valid on Nightly 130.0a1(2024-07-18). I created a text and a draw annotation and copied but when I try to paste it on the last click area, the paste operation happens on a random area. I noticed that, this time, pasting a text annotation didn't work at all(the text was not pasted)
