RemoteLazyInputStreamThread is currently used by RemoteLazyInputStreams and LocalStorage and it will be used by QuotaManager soon as well (bug 1791750).
So the name should be changed to something else, I think it used to be called something like DOM-File Thread in the past, I don't remember why it was changed to RemoteLazyInputStreamThread.
