ServiceWorker: use .any.js for CacheStorage tests

This commit updates the CacheStorage tests to use .any.js files. This
allows us to remove the 3 seperate entrypoints for each file
(window, dedicated workers, service workers), instead having a single
file per test suite.

Component: web-platform-tests → DOM: Service Workers
Product: Testing → Core

CI Results

Ran 0 Firefox configurations based on mozilla-central, and Firefox, Chrome, and Safari on GitHub CI

Total 44 tests and 2 subtests
