Steps to reproduce:

When the policy BlockAboutSupport is set to True/Enabled, in Firefox on Windows, the menu item Help > More troubleshooting information... is not being greyed out/disabled. I found that odd, since it opens about:support, which is blocked, as you would expect. The menu item is of no use (and even unexpected), since you end up with a blocked page.

I would expect the item 'More troubleshooting information...' to be greyed out/disabled when the policy BlockAboutSupport is set to True.
