User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:105.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/105.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Just opened my Firefox.
- Sometimes when I hover the mouse on tab bar after opening a a new tab.
Actual results:
- The tab bar is not properly rendered. The currently opened tab shadows were missing.
- The tab bar blinks or have trouble rendering properly for a few seconds. I have been facing this same problem with Firefox for months.
Expected results:
The tab bar should render properly and not blink when I open a new tab and hover my mouse over tabs. Those problems instantly go away when I turn off hardware acceleration so definitely related to hardware acceleration.

Update - Not only tabs bar, it is also making some websites glitch. For example when I click on my photo in Bugzilla page and hover over my profile or my activity, the profile photo icon just disappears. This does not happen when I turn hardware acceleration off.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
