The clang-format is used in order to format the existing code. The currently using version is 3.9. The patch connected to this bug updates the version to 10.

I noticed some more badly formated tables in lib/freebl/mpi/primes.c and lib/ssl/dhe-param.c. Could you fix those Anna?
