User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021108 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021108 Currently, in order to set-up an account which is accessed over the internet (or some other insecure line) one must: 1. add an account' 2. click on cancel in the follwoing "get messages" dialogue (in order to omit plain text password transmission) 3. go to preferences and check the "use ssl" box 4. click on the "get new messages"-button (to save the password) I doubt this is what all people really do, though. The procedure could even be considered a security bug, since it "makes" you forget what you're doing:-) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
