+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1790470 +++
Please add the "Performance Impact" flag to the Fenix Bugzilla product and the Focus BZ product.
Context: the fenix team is moving their issues from GitHub to Bugzilla. The Fenix & Focus BZ products were previously only used for security issues so the "Performance Impact" flag was unnecessary and not enabled. However, we'll need that flag now that all types of issues are filed.
