Prior to Wayland enabled by default (XWayland)
Don't think this is a blocker to shipping Wayland, but still a visible regression with it enabled.

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1749174

In case this ends up being relevant, this is on an Ubuntu 22.10 system with 200% Fractional DPI scaling set.

Yeah, we can't control window positioning on Wayland so this is WONTFIX (more like CANTFIX)
