1794022 - Send telemetry for Pocket sponsored tiles

Sponsored tiles are recording custom impression/click telemetry, we should make sure that’s also the case for Pocket sponsored tiles. In addition, Pocket sponsored tiles should also report telemetry as regular SPOCS do to support Pocket general reporting and Kevel ad serving.

I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 108.0a1 (Build ID: 20221109164728) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.4 and Linux Mint 20 x64.

• The normal impression and click pings are correctly registered in the browser console.
• The Pocket-flavor impression and click pings are correctly registered in the browser console.
