Steps to reproduce:

I created a new appointment series in Thunderbird calendar and saved it. Then I moved one of the appointments of the series to another point of time by drag and drop (did it also by change the point of time in the preferences window of the appointment).
I did this for single appointment, too.

Actual results:

After synchronisation (automatically after some time or manually by pushing the synchronize button) the appointment moves back to the initial point of time.
The test with single appointment seems to stay at the new point of time after shifting it.
In both cases, in my Google calender app on my smartphone and in Google calender in browser the new points of time stay there. Only in Thunderbird calender, they shift back to the initial point of time when its about appointment series as mentioned above.

Expected results:

Appointments, single ones or in series, should stay at the new point of time.
