If we save an animated gif file via right click -> Save Images As¡K, the progress
status does not display properly, and show the incorrect file size in
Transferred field.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1, Access http://www.u333.com/films/ifucare/popup/eason.gif,
2, Right click the image and select Save Images As ¡K,
3, A Save As dialog box appears, then choose your desired folder, for example c:\,
4, Download Manager appears and shows the progress.


Actual Results:  
1, We can find a gif file called eason.gif in your desired folder, for example c:\,
2, In Download Manger, we can get these data, Name: eason.gif, Progress:
Finished, Transferred: 1KB of 1KB,
3, The Progress field always shows 100% during the download procress.


Expected Results:  
The Download Manger shows these data, Name: eason.gif, Progress: Finished,
Transferred: 58.4KB of 58.4KB.
