Add tests to allow automation pipeline to take in each individual site from the remote settings list and test the CSS Selector rules for that site to confirm cookie banner button rules work and that the cookie banner is dismissed as intended.

Add tests to allow automation pipeline to take in each individual site from the remote settings list that has a supported Cookie Injection Rule and test the Cookie Injection rules for that site to confirm the cookie banner is dismissed as intended.
