179458 - Cant reselect selected text in url field

If I select all or part of the text in the address field, I can't reselect part
of the already selected text by dragging the mouse cursor.
Which means I have to click first to deselect text and then select what I want.

This is extra work that could be avoided.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select any part of the address field text
2.try to select a new part of the laready selected text.
3.

Actual Results:  
Cant select the new text.

Expected Results:  
Well, reselect the new text instead.

It seems that by dragginf the mouse cursor it is creating a link of the selected
text, but can't the system be more intelegint and only create a link once the
nouse cursor is out of the address filed?
