Steps to reproduce:
Sometimes a twitter.com login modal window does not show despite click login button on twitter.com.
It may causes since Today's Nightly build.
Actual results:
Show a error modal window instead of login window
Expected results:
twitter.com shows a login modal window,

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Notifications and Alerts' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Also this is caused in case of History setting be "Never remember history".

I was able to partially reproduce this issue on MacOS 11.6 using the latest Nightly version(japanese build). After a valid google account and password were inserted, when I click login an error is displayed but the error message is displayed in my case. If I choose "Never remember history" option from History settings, nothing happens after I click login button(no error, no home page of twitter).Please see screenshot and video.

I was not able to reproduce the issue.
Reporter, does the issue still reproduces for you?
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-01-16) (64-bit)
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.4 LTS x64
Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?
