I had a notify setting for a bookmark, which then suddenly activated one day.
Well, I opened the page when Mozilla suggested it.  But, it kept notifying me
every hour, although I had already seen the changes, until I said that I don't
want any more notification on that page: which left the bookmark without the
notification settings.

I had this problem actually with a bit later build, but I assume nothing is doen
for it.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a notify rule for a bookmark (perhaps I had a longer active period
than just one hour(, starting from Noon), cause I have doubted that it works at
all; if i have just one hour at noon)
2. Wait until that page changes
3. Open the suggested page 
4. Wait one more hour

Actual Results:  
Kept notifying me at step 4.

Expected Results:  
Noticed that I have already seen the new page and notified me later when it
changes again, of course.

This makes the feature "unusable", cause I don't like these too often reminds,
so I will just diable it.
