Steps to reproduce:
Events started disappearing from the calendar one by one before my eyes suddenly and unexpectedly on October 10th 2022. I was routinely checking on my events for the day, and I did not do anything nor took any action to make this happen.
I closed Thunderbird and re-opened it several times. I re-started my computer. Nothing happened, all the events were gone.
A few hours after this disappearance, I went into the Thunderbird calendar settings, unsubscribed to my gmail account calendar, and re-subscribed to it again.
The events re-appeared in the Thunderbird calendar options under my gmail account calendar. However there was no longer synchrony between Google calendar and Thunderbird calendar any more, as it used to be since that day.
Actual results:
Before October 10th 2022, there used to be a bilateral synchronization between these two presentations of the same calendar, and on that day this connection was suddenly lost. Without any warning.
Now events created or updated on the gmail account calendar from the browser NO LONGER populate the same calendar from my gmail account inside Thunderbird. Also vice versa, events created or updated on the gmail account calendar from Thunderbird NO LONGER populate the same calendar in the browser.
I use Firefox current version 105.0.3 and Thunderbird version 102.3.3 at this time.
I am on the Thunderbird release channel in order to support Thunderbird, which I love. I have used it for over a decade. I am not a technical person, neither am versed in technology.
Expected results:
There used to be bilateral synchronization between the gmail account calendar at Google on the browser and the calendar from the same gmail account inside Thunderbird, until October 10th 2022. I use Firefox current version 105.0.3 and have Thunderbird version 102.3.3 at this moment.
Please fix this issue, please make it work again. I love Thunderbird, and have used every day for over a decade. This calendar used to be called Lightning when I began to use it. I have everything in my life marked in this calendar, and much prefer to use the calendar interface at Thunderbird than the one present at the Google site, that has been only a back up for my main calendar in Thunderbird.

We're having problems accessing Google calendars at certain times of day, and this has triggered a bug in our code which caused things to disappear. Fixes are on the way but mostly we're waiting on Google to fix things. Your best option at the moment is to unsubscribe from your Google calendars then re-add them.
