cute
Someone needs find the "force sites to open in new tabs" bug and mark this as
dependent, because we can't make any pages open in new tabs yet, let alone pages
from the same site... unless it's just for ctrl+click you want mozilla to decide
whether to open in new tab or window?

Are there no opinion about this? There is a browser out there (just can't
remember the name, is some time since i tested) which works the way i proposed:
If you click a link which links to an external site, a new window pops up
containing that link. If the links links to an internal site it gets opened in
the same window, in a new tab.
