In a mail composition window with enough text to have a scrollbar, using the
middle button to absolutely position the scrollbar results in both the scrollbar
position being updated and a text paste operation.  The latter is very annoying.
 The middle-button paste should only happen if the mouse pointer is within the
text area.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. reply to a long message
2. select some text from the resulting mail composition window or another window
3. use the middle button to position the scrollbar in the mail composition window

Actual Results:  
Scrollbar moves and text is pasted.

Expected Results:  
Just position the scrollbar.

This does not just happen with Mail Composition. It works just like this too in
normal web pages (at least on Linux). And it does not seem to be theme-related.

Someone please change the Component and ShortDesc of this bug. It is not a
MailNews bug, and I don't have perms to change either of these.

Ambrose, middle-click to position scrollbar has worked fine for me in the
Navigator on Linux since 0.9x onwards and I'm not seeing a problem you describe
with 1.3 either. I do, however, now see this bug in the editor too, where the
scrollbar is briefly positioned at the location of the mouseclick, but then text
is inserted at the beginning of the editor and the window scrolls back to the top.
