Steps to reproduce:

(Wayland, someone should verify if it's the case on X11)

1. Click the downloads indicator;
2. Drag and try to drop a file from the downloads list;

Actual results:

Can't drag and drop a file to a different application.

Expected results:

File can be drag and dropped from firefox to any other app.

File manager info:
Dolphin 22.08.2
QT 5.15.7
KDE 5.26.2
KDE Framework 5.99.0

Dolphin 22.08.2 may be the problem here. I tested nautilus - gnome file manager. So can you please test nautilus too?

Gnome wayland:

• dolphin works(after file copy gnome wayland restarts)
• nautilus works
  Kde wayland:
• nautilus freezes
• dolphin doesn't work

Then it may be a bug in KDE compositor.
