Steps to reproduce:

1.Open https://codepen.io/ollegge/pen/qBoQMjp
2.HTML Code pen page will open.
3.Keyboard focus automatically moves on ‘HTML’ query field.
4.Now Press ‘Ctrl+Alt+0’ key then press tab key, keyboard focus moves on "Favorite Fruit" combo box where already "Apple" is selected.
5.Verify the issue NVDA is reading only "Favorite Fruit combo box collapsed".

Actual results:

NVDA does not collapse selected value of the "Fruits" Combo box. On navigating to the combo box where "Apple" is already selected, NVDA announces, "Favorite Fruit Combo box collapsed"

Expected results:

NVDA should announce the selected value of the "Fruits" Combo box. On navigating to the combo box where "Apple" is already selected, NVDA should announce, "Favorite Fruit Combo box apple selected collapsed"
