If D&D comes outsize of Firefox and the source window is closed, Firefox ignores mouse input.

I have reproduced this issue on Nightly v108.0a1 from 2022-10-18 and verified the fix in Beta v108.0b5 and Nightly v109.0a1.

Steps used:
Create a new folder on the Bookmarks toolbar.
Create a bookmark and put it in the folder.
Drag the bookmark out of the window.

Bad behavior: The drag is canceled after a second or so, indifferent if the cusor is dragged outside of the window or not.
Good behavior: The bookmark drag is NOT canceled so it can be dropped on the window to open the bookmarked link or dragged outside of the window and it can be dropped on the desktop to create a shortcut.
