use account setup to add a new server, and it doesn't show up in the "Move" or "Copy" menus until you relaunch.

I know for the folder pane, we tell the tree to reload after account creation. perhaps we have to tell the menu to rebuild as well?

Very similar to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16366 which deals with folders instead of servers.

yeah, we do. I would prefer not to fix this until the account manager is sending messages to the ServerListeners that you (scott) are creating.... then all the templates that depend on datasources will update this automatically.
