Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Open pdf file in Nightly
- Add free text in Japanese character to the pdf
- Download the pdf
- Reopen the pdf in Nightly or other application(Acrobat etc)
What went wrong? (add screenshot)
See screenshot.
Added Japanese characters are garbled.

Could not reproduce issue on Win10x64 using build 109.0a1(20221117093901). Japanese characters " 化け(bake)" are correctly displayed on pdf, pdf print-preview and saved pdf.

Could not reproduce issue on Win10x64/Ubuntu20.04/Mac10.13 using build 109.0a1(20221122214324) and Beta 108.0b5(20221122190120). Japanese characters " 化け(bake)" are correctly displayed on pdf, pdf print-preview and saved pdf.
