From github: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/android-components/issues/8193.

The status bar and the navigation bar color on a PWA doesn't match the color scheme of the PWA (not sure if this is a bug in the PWA, or in Fenix)

Chrome has a dark color for the status bar but not the navigation bar:

On Fenix both bars are white which is quite jarring

I was hoping that https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1813875 would have fixed this but I'm still seeing the problem on both v124 stable and the 125 beta. Can be reproduced on the Outlook and Twitter PWAs on Android 13. Both work fine (have appropriately-colored navigation bars) on Chrome and Samsung Internet when installed as PWAs.
