Non-JA mail: title can't be displayed correctly on JA linux
Build:1107 branch
Steps:
1. Send a mail with accent chars in subject and body encoded with ISO-8859-1
2. Receive it on JA linux.
3. The subject can't be displayed correctly in the title bar. Other than window
title, accent chars are properly shown in other places (body, subject and header)

That's what I thought too at first, but I couldn't find the dup.

Well, this is not only a dupe but also a problem that was solved a long time ago
(in summer of
2001) :-)
See bug 9449 and bug 150131. Bug 150131 is about ducumenting
the fact that this was solved and the way to take advantage of it. Beginning with
RedHat 8.0, major Linux distributions will move onto UTF-8 locales (which
corresponds
to moving from "ANSI-code page based" Win 9x/ME to Unicode based Win 2k/XP) and
one of the most frequently duped/reported bug will go away.....

verifying a sa dup of 150131, also we should try RedHat8.0 and a trunk build
that has a unicode fix
