For now this shouldn't be problematic as it's disabled by default on macOS, but this may indicate an underlying problem in e.g. the process launcher function that's being used.

I intend to look into this myself, but it's not high priority right now. Anyone is welcome to take a look why that's happening.

Note that bug 1794581 is trying to switch from the existing PR_CreateProcessDetached to something else, and that may change the behavior. Worth revisiting after that.

Enabled privacy.sanitize.sanitizeOnShutdown
and network.cache.shutdown_purge_in_background_task
on a fresh profile and did not see the issue.
