I'm passing this on from a user who can reproduce it reliably:
"With the "Suggested actions" option in Windows 11, use a JS copy action (for example, copying a password from the Bitwarden extension), try to switch tabs, browser will freeze for a few seconds. Screenshot attached of the relevant setting in Windows 11."
