I checked Grafana and everything looks good.
I notified stability, dev-platform, and crash-reporting-wg about the changes to signature generation for unloaded modules.
The manual stopgap we put in to keep the minimum number of processors at 4 was dropped when we did the deploy. The minimum number of processors is now 2. We'll have to wait and see whether this fixed scaling. We'll update bug #1795017 as we discover things.
