Let's add an intervention for ulta.com to shim toLocaleString("en-US", {timeZone: "CST"}) with a different timeZone value. As Firefox throwing a Range error for CST and it is breaking the checkout process, US/Central could be used instead.

Should probably rather be America/Chicago to match ICU (and by that Chrome).
