NSS 3.79.2 contains a crash fix for Thunderbird.
I suggest to uplift NSS 3.79.2 to the esr102 branch, and change the NSS build requirement to that version, to ensure that all third party consumers of NSS, who package Firefox, Thunderbird and NSS, will notice that they need to pick up this NSS upgrade.

- Fix Landed on Version: 102.2
- Risk to taking this patch: Low
- Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Code is already on esr102. This adds only a minimum version information/check.
