I have verified this task and I can confirm that the new video template is displayed on the "about:welcome" page and contains the following elements:
- The "Thanks for downloading Firefox!" title is displayed in the top part of the central modal.
- The "You're contributing to a more open and accessible internet" string is displayed under the title.
- The "Next" button is displayed in the bottom-right part of the central modal.
Verified using the latest Firefox Beta (108.0b2 Build ID - 20221114145411) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.6, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64.
