Steps to reproduce:
tried to use autofill, on my existing stored mastercard, on many sites , ...
Actual results:
... , but, even although the selection-box came-up, it WOULDN'T auto-fill .
I KEEP having to type the card's info, in, manually .
Expected results:
It SHOULD have autofilled most of the card's info .

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Form Autofill' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I guess this issue might have the same root cause as Bug 1755786.
Could you help verify if you open the credit card management page and click the credit card number field on an existing card, whether you can see the full credit card number? Thanks.
If the answer of the above test is "CANNOT see the full credit card number", the workaround of this issue is removing the existing credit card and adding a new one.

I'm on a late-2021 BTO 16-inch Silicon M1-Max Mac-Book-Pro (18,2), under macOS Monterey v12.6.1, and I can see the saved card (briefly) when I click on a CC-field, but it NONE of the information, will FILL-IN !
