Steps to reproduce:
- using Firefox 108 (nightly)
- install: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/search_result_previews/
- open popup window and check one of the domains listed
Actual results:
The "Addon requests additional permissions" warning is displayed below the popup.
This is happening because it's now coming out of the "Unified Extensions button", before it was displayed in the center.
Expected results:
Display it above popup would be a great start :)

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'WebExtensions::Untriaged' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello,
I reproduced the issue on the latest Nightly (108.0a1/20221102174350) under Windows 10 x64. The additional permissions panel is indeed displayed below the extension pop-up and can’t be clicked.
Tested on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS as well, but could not reproduce there, as the additional permissions panel is displayed above the extension pop-up.

Actually, even current ESR 102 is affected if your window / monitor is not big enough.
For example using monitor with HD resolution the security popup can be completely hidden or only partially visible.

Could we please increase priority on this one?
It feels like a trivial fix (a wrong "z-index"?) and with the new design where the permission request comes from the "puzzle" icon it's almost guaranteed to be invisible and completely behind the popup (unless the popup is super narrow).
