1798549 - Document how FOG responds to `MOZ_AUTOMATION`

I ran across this line in fog_init_internal and noticed it isn't mentioned in the Prefs and Defines docs. Whoopsie!

To help Mozilla out with this bug, here's the steps:

1. Download and build the Firefox source code
   • If you have any problems, please ask on
     Element/Matrix
     in the #introduction channel. They're there to help you get started.
   • You can also read the
     Firefox Contributors' Quick Reference,
     which has answers to most development questions.
2. Start working on this bug. This bug's about updating toolkit/components/glean/dev/preferences.md to include a section under "Defines" for MOZ_AUTOMATION that says something like "If set, and GLEAN_SOURCE_TAGS isn't set, FOG will set a Glean source tag of automation."
   • If you have any problems with this bug,
     please comment on this bug and set the needinfo flag for me.
     Also, you can find me and my teammates on the #glean channel on
     Element/Matrix
     most hours of most days.
3. Test out your change to the documentation by running mach doc. Ensure you adhere to FOG's documentation style guide
4. Submit the patch for review.
   Mark me as a reviewer so I'll get an email to come look at your code.
   • Getting your code reviewed
   • This is when the bug will be assigned to you.
5. After a series of reviews and changes to your patch,
   I'll mark it for checkin or push it to autoland. It'll soon be on mozilla-central and your documentation improvement will soon be visible to everyone at https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/toolkit/components/glean/dev/preferences.html
6. ...now you get to think about what kind of bug you'd like to work on next.
