Also, the browser is of course showing the page correctly for the source its showing me, its just the wrong source. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load www.drudgereport.com 2. It should appear incorrect 3. Use the view source option, the source will only be the last few lines of what should be shown. Actual Results: Check the detailed description, I pasted the results there. Expected Results: Shown the full source and displayed it correctly. Everynow and then it pops up with a box that says: Alert: The file / cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.
Please clear your disk cache and try again.
Summary: The page has been consistantly loading incorrectly all weekend, but has been loading correctly in internet explorer. → The page has been consistantly loading incorrectly all weekend, but has been loading correctly in internet explorer.
I would try to clear my cache, but it started working correctly again after I got home from class today anyways, so it wouldn't prove much. I guess, I'll leave it around in case glancing over the source html helps anyone, or in case, it starts to re-occur so I can try your suggestion. My two theories on it is that its either somehting with the ad-banner that cycles through, or drudge found his problem and fixed it himself today.
It did it again this afternoon, so I took your advise and cleared my disk cache, and it did load correctly after that. It appears to be random when it occurs though, it had been working correctly all day up until then, then loaded incorrectly 3 or 4 times, then after clearing the cache, loaded correctly again.
Reporter, you're not able to reproduce this with pipelining disabled, are you?

Reporter (Joseph Ivey), does this only occur with HTTP Pipelining enabled?
