I like to scroll around documents by highlighting text and moving the mouse out
of the window. With Mozilla M11, some things happen that are not good. A button
is clicked out of the window, and the page doesn't scroll. This not only makes
it hard for wierdos like me to browse around the document, but it makes
highlighting more than a screen of text very hard. Communicator scrolled the
page faster the more you were out of the window. I liked that feature.

I can't get this to reproduce -- this is what I did:
1. launch seamonkey and resize the window to a smaller size
2. access a page that requires scrolling
3. set focus in the window, press the right mouse button and drag the caret out
of the window

RESULT: window scrolls as designed. The closer to the edge of the window, the
window scrolls slowly, the further away from the window, it scrolls faster. The
selection witin the window also extended.
