The width of the bookmark drawer isn't applied to new windows. If the drawer
width is changed from the default, the new window is always the original width,
not the new width.  Since the bookmarks are application wide (i.e., the contents
of the bookmark drawer is the same for every Chimera window), the width should
apply to all windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the bookmark drawer
2.resize to make it wider
3.Now create a new Chimera window.
4.Open it's bookmark drawer.

Actual Results:  
The drawer in the new window opened to the default width.

Expected Results:  
It should have opened to the new width set in step 2.
