Dependency for https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/25816.

Unified search will show suggestions filtered by the search engine's host.
For this functionality some of the AwesomeBar suggestions providers from A-C will have to be updated to support filtering.
Discussed with Christian and the easiest solution would be to have the providers accept a new external filter.
