Steps to reproduce
- Enter fullscreen by pressing F11 on the keyboard.
- Observe the top part of the browser.
Expected result
- Windows controls (Minimize/ Close/ Maximize) buttons are displayed.
Actual result
- Minimize/ Close/ Maximize buttons are not displayed.

@Emilio, it seems that the issue is still reproducible in the latest Nightly build 109.0a1 (2022-11-22). There is an empty place for the window controls but the Minimize/ Close/ Maximize buttons are still not displayed.

Hmm, you're right, I can only see the buttons in some rather weird circumstances. Let me check what's going on.

Does this bug only happen on Windows 7? If so, we can resolve this bug as WONTFIX because Firefox versions >= 116 no longer support Windows versions < 10.
