This is just legacy telemetry, we'll do Glean / GIFFT integration for v2.

This work is also not necessary. From pdahiya on the OMC team: CFR experiments have interaction and impression telemetry that's sent automatically, you can use redash or looker to look at that data. Here are some CFR dashboards in redash.
