This issue has ...

• Except to Android and Windows tablet mode, orientation.lock isn't implemented.
• Marionette with GeckoView doesn't support setWindowRect and minimizeWindow. So this test won't run on GeckoView.

Also, to pass "hidden documents must reject went trying to call unlock" is passed, we have to add more checks that is added by common safety check. But if implemented it, lock-sandboxed-iframe.html becomes timeout. I think that this test doesn't match with current spec. so I create a PR as https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/48920.
