Needless to say internet explorer does it without trouble Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/download.html 2. continue to actual download 3. click on file link: Actual Results: Message: cannot save file <tenp file name> because the source file could not be read. Expected Results: Work.
Delete the file compreg.dat and restart Mozilla *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 171441 ***
