[Prerequisites]:

• Have the Sponsored tiles via Pocket configured and displayed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the profile from prerequisites.
2. Open a new tab page.
3. Click the “...” button from the second tile to open the context menu.
4. Click "Our sponsors & your privacy".
5. Press the Tab key to try to select the content of the modal.

[Expected result]:

• The “Learn how privacy works on the new tab” link is selected.

[Actual result]:

• The content of the new tab page is selected first.

[Notes]:

• The content of the modal is eventually selected after navigating through all the elements of the new tab page and the Firefox window.
• Attached is a recording of the issue.
