Thunderbird and SeaMonkey moved to a comm-l10n monorepo for localization, and they have their own taskcluster task to generate cross-channel.

Tested locally, and it correctly removes the _config files for SM and TB (calendar.toml, mail.toml, suite-chatzilla.toml, suite.toml), plus the following folders:
- calendar
- chat
- suite
