User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 In extended browsing sessions - 1 hour+, many pages, lots of bookmarks used - I will use a hyperlink on a page, and the Mozilla icon (top right) will whir for a bit, and the progress bar (bottom right) will progress along to the end then go blank (as normal), but the new page simply doesn't appear in the browser, and I am left staring at the current page, unchanged. When this happens, I press refresh, and the new page appears as it reloads. There doesn't seem to be anything specific causing the problem (sorry), although generally when it begins to happen, it will continue to happen with much greater frequency than in shorter browsing sessions. At no time is it guaranteed to always happen. This is not due to the specific website, it happens across websites and across content. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Simply browse for a long time 2.Cross-fingers 3. Actual Results: Sometimes it will do as explained in 'details' Expected Results: Shown me the page I wanted to go to, instead of staying on the current one. Am using the 'modern' theme
Confirmed using FizzillaCFM/2002110808 on 10.1.5. In fact, it just happened. I was looking at bug 180118 (in a bug list), then went to the next (bug 180120) and though load completed I was still looking at bug 180118. Note also that I pressed pageUp and pageDown, and the result was a solid grey content area.

Well, it's 10 months and many Mozilla revisions later. Perhaps this can be re-tested?

I'm seeing this problem with the latest builds (2004111307). Best way I've found to reproduce it is to open a few links via tabs. Switching between the tabs won't always refresh the correct content. But if you scroll up/down in the tab, the correct content will eventually display.

It also seems to have broken my 401k website. This is without tabs. Can't get past the login screen. The next screen loads, but never displays in the window and refresh doesn't fix it in this case. You can tell that something loaded though, because mouseOvers still work.
