We should update to rust-minidump 7faf03c5. This is after 0.14.0 (bug #1779630) but before a 0.15.0 release.

willkg merged PR #2: "bug 1801122: update rust-minidump to 7faf03c5" in 75528f8.

After this, I did a v20221117.0 release of the stackwalker.

Next, I need to pull this into socorro.

I pushed this to prod just now in bug #1801359. Marking as FIXED.
